Frequently Asked Questions

The answers, before you ask

Minimums, artwork, proofing, lead times and delivery — the questions we are asked most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, call 718-435-7250 and a person will get back to you within one business day.

The Process

Five steps. One team.

01

Tell Us What You Need

Tell us what you are packaging, your approximate quantity and how your brand should look. No finished artwork required to get started.

02

Share Your Artwork or Brand

Send your logo and brand colors, or your print-ready artwork. If you do not have artwork yet, our team will help you get there.

03

You Review and Approve the Proof

Before anything is printed, you receive a digital proof showing exactly how your finished packaging will look. Review it, request any changes, and approve it in writing. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

04

We Go to Press

Once you have approved the proof and confirmed pricing, your packaging moves into full production.

05

Printed, Packaged and Delivered

Your finished packaging is quality-checked and shipped directly to you — ready to use from the day it arrives.

Before You Start

What to Prepare Before You Request a Quote

You do not need finished artwork to start. Having the following ready helps us give you an accurate quote faster.

  • The product you are interested in and an estimated quantity
  • Your logo or brand colors, or existing artwork if you have it
  • Any size, material or handle preferences you already know
  • Your timeline, so we can review what is realistic

Everything we get asked

What types of packaging does PackPlus supply?

We supply custom printed paper bags, luxury shopping bags, kraft paper bags, plastic bags, reusable totes, non-woven bags, garment bags, and restaurant packaging including takeout bags, food boxes, and branded cups. Visit the Products page for the full range.

Do I need ready artwork to get started?

No. Bring a logo, a brand color, or even just a description of what you have in mind. We work with your existing files or help you prepare artwork for print — whichever you need. You do not need a finished print-ready file to request a quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Plastic bags start at 10,000 units (soft-loop styles at 5,000). Paper bags start at 5,000 units (SOS-style bags 10,000 to 25,000 depending on size). Reusable bags start at 5,000 for machine-made or 500 for sewn styles. Garment bags, luxury paper bags and gift boxes start at 500 units. Restaurant supplies like food boxes and cups typically start at 5,000, with some items higher. Share your product and quantity when you request a quote and we will confirm exactly what applies.

How do I get a price for my packaging?

Use the Get a Quote page to tell us about your project — product type, quantity, and any artwork you have — or call us directly at 718-435-7250. We will follow up to confirm pricing, materials and timeline.

Do you work with restaurants and food businesses?

Yes. We supply custom printed takeout bags, food boxes, branded cups, tissue, wax paper, and napkins for restaurants, coffee shops, delis, bakeries and catering businesses across NYC and beyond.

Can you print eco-friendly or reusable packaging?

Yes. Our reusable bag range includes canvas totes, jute bags, and non-woven bags. These are popular with retailers, event organizers, and brands that want packaging their customers will carry beyond the first use.

What information should I include in my quote request?

Include the product you are interested in, an estimated quantity, your brand colors or artwork if you have them, and your timeline. The more detail you share, the faster we can put together accurate pricing.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production and delivery timing depends on the product, artwork, quantity and project requirements. We can review your timeline directly during the quote process.

What should I prepare before requesting a quote?

Have a general idea of the product, quantity and timeline you need, and your logo or brand colors if you have them. You do not need finished artwork to start the conversation.

Do you help with artwork if I do not have a print-ready file?

Yes, we can work with your existing logo or brand assets and help get them ready for print. Share what you have when you request a quote.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

We review your project details and follow up using the contact information you provide to confirm pricing, materials and timeline.

Ready to put your brand on something real?
