Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These terms govern quotes, orders and use of packplusprinting.com. Pack Plus Printing Inc. (“PackPlus,” “we,” “us”) is a custom packaging manufacturer based in Brooklyn, New York. Because nearly everything we make is printed to order, some of these terms differ from buying an off-the-shelf product — please read sections 3 to 6 in particular.
1. Quotes
Quotes are based on the specification you give us: product, size, material, print method, finish and quantity. If any of those change, the price may change. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself; where none is stated, material and freight costs mean we may need to re-confirm pricing after 30 days.
2. Placing an order
An order is confirmed when you accept a written quote and we acknowledge it. The quote or order confirmation, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us. Minimum order quantities vary by product and construction and will be stated on your quote.
3. Artwork and proofs
You may send print-ready files or work with us to prepare them. Before anything goes to press we provide a proof — digital or physical, depending on the job.
Nothing is printed until you approve that proof in writing. Approval is your confirmation that spelling, contact details, colours, sizing and layout are correct. Once approved, the proof is what we print, and we cannot accept responsibility for errors it contained. If you spot something after approving, contact us immediately — if the job has not yet gone to press we will always try to stop it.
4. Your rights to the artwork you supply
By sending us artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it will not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights. You agree to cover us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied.
5. Colour
Printed colour can vary from what you see on a screen, and can vary slightly between production runs and between materials. We match as closely as the process allows, and a physical proof is the most reliable guide. Reasonable colour variation is not a defect.
6. Quantities, lead times and delivery
Custom print runs can finish slightly over or under the ordered quantity; where a tolerance applies it will be stated on your quote and billed accordingly. Lead times quoted are estimates in good faith from the date of proof approval, and can be affected by material availability and courier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Payment
Payment terms — including any deposit required before production — are stated on your quote or invoice. Custom work is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so a deposit is usual.
8. Cancellations, changes and returns
You may cancel or change an order at no cost before you approve the proof. Once production has begun, materials have been committed and printing plates or dies may already have been made, so cancellation may not be possible and any costs incurred to that point remain payable.
Because custom printed packaging is made to your specification, it is not returnable for change of mind. If goods arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will put it right — by reprinting, replacing or crediting the affected goods.
9. Stock items
Unprinted stock packaging bought from us in its original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility.
10. Our liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profit, lost sales, or the cost of an event or promotion that depended on the delivery date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. This website
Content on this site — photographs of our work, product descriptions and copy — belongs to PackPlus and may not be reproduced without permission. We keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when your order is confirmed. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
