Almost all the information we hold is information you chose to send us, usually through a quote or contact form, by email, or over the phone. That typically includes:

• What you are looking to have printed, and your estimated quantity
• Artwork, logos and brand files you send us for production
• Delivery addresses and any details needed to fulfil an order
• Notes from our conversations about your project

We do not ask for or store payment card details on this website.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand which pages are useful and which are not, and a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our advertising reaches the right people. These tools set cookies in your browser.

• To produce, proof and deliver your packaging order
• To keep in touch about an order in progress, and to make reordering straightforward
• To keep records required for accounting and tax

We will only send you marketing email if you have asked us to, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Your artwork

Artwork and brand files you send us are used solely to produce your order. We do not license, resell or share your artwork. We may photograph finished work and show it in our portfolio or on social media — if you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will not.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business, and only as far as necessary:

• Production partners and couriers, so your order can be made and delivered
• Service providers who host our website, email and CRM systems
• Our accountants, and any authority where the law requires disclosure

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Ours are used to keep the site working properly and to gather the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some parts may behave differently.

8. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as you remain a customer, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Print-ready artwork is retained so that reorders match your previous run exactly. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to those record-keeping obligations.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@packplusprinting.com and we will respond as promptly as we can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR — we will honour those.

10. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the website.
