What catering supplies covers here

Everything a venue hands across the counter or puts on a table, printed to the same artwork so it reads as one brand rather than six suppliers.

  • Hot cups, cold cups and coffee sleeves.
  • Napkins, chopstick sleeves and cutlery wraps.
  • Takeout bags with handles, built for delivery weight.
  • Food boxes, buckets and clamshell containers.
  • Burger and fry containers.
  • Wax paper, food wraps and basket liners.
  • Food sealed bags for takeout and retail.

By venue

The mix changes with the room, and the order usually settles into one of these shapes.

  • Coffee shops: hot cups, sleeves, napkins and a small bag for pastries. The cup is the most-seen item a cafe owns.
  • Pubs and bars: napkins, basket liners and food wraps, where a one-colour logo does the work.
  • Hotels: room service wraps, napkins and branded bags, matched to an existing brand standard.
  • Restaurants and delis: takeout bags, food boxes and sealed bags as one coordinated set.
  • Catering companies: the whole range, in quantities that cover multiple events.

Why it is worth ordering together

Ordering a cup from one supplier and a napkin from another is how a brand ends up with two slightly different reds. Printed as one order it is one artwork file, one proof to approve, one Pantone reference across every item, and one delivery to receive. It is also cheaper per unit than six separate minimums.

Printing and food safety

Printing on food service items is food-safe printing, which is not the same process as printing a shopping bag. Full-colour and full-bleed wrap printing is available on cups and boxes, one-colour printing on napkins and sleeves, and Pantone matching across the set.

Minimums and timing

Printed restaurant and catering items start at 5,000 units per item, because they are produced to order. Standard production is about 10 to 14 weeks from approved artwork, or about 5 weeks air-expedited at a higher unit cost. If you have an opening date or a season to hit, bring it to the first conversation rather than the last.

Simple Process

Share your idea, approve a digital proof, receive your finished order. The same three steps on every project.

Common Questions

Do you supply printed catering supplies for coffee shops?

Yes. Hot and cold cups, coffee sleeves, napkins and small printed bags, all to the same artwork. The cup is the item your customers see most often, so it is usually where the budget goes first.

Can you print napkins and wraps for a pub or bar?

Yes. Napkins, basket liners, food wraps and cutlery sleeves, printed in one colour or full colour. A single-colour logo on a napkin is one of the cheapest branded items a venue can buy.

Can you match an existing hotel or group brand standard?

Yes. Brand colours are matched to Pantone references rather than approximated, and you approve a digital proof before anything is produced. If you have a brand guideline document, send it with your first enquiry.

What is the minimum order for printed catering supplies?

From 5,000 units per item. These are produced to order rather than pulled from stock, which is what sets the minimum. If you need several different items, each one carries its own minimum.

Can we order cups, napkins and bags in one go?

Yes, and it is the better way to do it. One artwork, one proof, one Pantone reference and one delivery, instead of six suppliers and six slightly different versions of your logo.
